In the technical aspect a new serverhall was inaugurated in august with top-modern technique that secures safe and reliable operation in large volumes of customers many years ahead. In parallell, new functions are released such as; Call Recording and a new and advanced phone interface in the upcoming days.
The company is heavily investing in integration with other applications in the PBX service and have finished connections with among other; MS Teams, Exchange, G-suite, Salesforce, Hubspot, and in the fall an abundance of new CRM systems will be released.
Soluno is strengthening their organization by recruiting two new individuals in the management team. Jasinta Rajan is the new CFO with focus on economic structure and Soluno’s international affairs. Johan Dahlström will with his extensive telecom background be responsible for the product in the role as CPO, with focus on packaging, product development, releases, and how the product in best way should embark on different markets.
