If you have Dstny’s corporate telephony, you can integrate our services directly into Teams. Dstny provides full integration of the exchange solution to MS Teams. In this way you get everything from ordinary answering groups to other advanced functions such as operator functions and button selection menus and more. Then, you and your colleagues get a perfect telephony service together with Teams who are both totally cloud-based.
The right license in Teams
For the integration to work, Microsoft Business Voice, along with one of Microsoft’s following Teams licenses, is needed:
