They add specific functionality - such as analytics, external operators or call recording - without requiring you to change platforms or vendors. Activate them when the need arises and keep everything on a single invoice.

How do we get better insight into calls, staffing and Teams meetings?
Dstny Analytics provides automated reports and real-time statistics on incoming calls, wait times, agent performance and meetings in Microsoft Teams. Track SLAs, set up alerts and create custom reports that are sent out automatically. Used by PBX administrators, customer service managers and leadership teams to make data-driven decisions on staffing and quality.

How do we stop missing incoming customer calls?
When your staff is busy, sick or in training, Dstny's operators answer incoming calls in your company's name. The service is fully integrated with your cloud PBX - operators see the same information as in-house staff and handle calls according to your script. How do we record calls securely and stay GDPR-compliant?
Record calls from both fixed and mobile numbers for quality assurance, training and documentation. Recordings are stored encrypted within the EU for 1 year (Automatic) or 7 years (Pro), and can be exported via FTP, SFTP, AWS or Azure. The service is operator-independent and works in softphones and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Analytics, Answering Service and Call Recording work alongside Dstny's cloud PBX and run on the same infrastructure, which means call data, settings and statistics are shared seamlessly between services. If you're not yet a Dstny customer, we'll first migrate your PBX before activating the add-ons.
You can activate the add-on services whenever the need arises — they don't have to be ordered when you sign up. Many customers start with the cloud PBX and add Analytics when they need better statistics, Answering Service ahead of holidays or seasonal peaks, and Call Recording when compliance requirements change. Activation goes through our support team or project manager, and everything stays on the same invoice.
Yes. Dstny's Call Recording is fully GDPR-compliant and meets European requirements for call recording. Recordings are stored encrypted within the EU for 1 year (Automatic) or 7 years (Pro) and can be exported securely via FTP, SFTP, AWS or Azure. Your company retains full ownership of the data, has full control over which calls are recorded, and can delete recordings on request. It is the company's responsibility to inform call participants in line with applicable regulations.
