Integrations for smarter business communication
Connect Dstny's cloud PBX to the tools you already use — Microsoft Teams and your CRM — so telephony, customer data and collaboration live in one place.

What is an integration?
An integration connects Dstny's telephony solution to the systems you already use - like Microsoft Teams or your CRM. Incoming calls, customer data and line status sync automatically, so employees don't switch between tools and customers don't have to repeat themselves. No need to change PBX, mobile operator or CRM.
How do we get telephony and PBX features directly in Microsoft Teams?
With Dstny's Teams integration you call from and answer in Microsoft Teams with full PBX functionality - IVR, hunt groups, menu options, attendant view and call recording. Line status syncs between the PBX and Teams so you always know who's available. The solution is operator-independent, works on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, and requires a Microsoft Business Voice licence.
How do we connect our telephony to our CRM?
VoIPCube automatically shows the caller's customer data and call history when the phone rings — so reception, support and sales can answer personally without manual lookups. Calls are logged directly in the CRM. Support for 11+ systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Dynamics 365, SuperOffice and Freshdesk. Webhooks and APIs make the flow customisable.
Frequently Asked Questions
Dstny's cloud PBX integrates with over 11 CRM and business systems through VoIPCube, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zendesk, SuperOffice, Freshdesk, Lime and Pipedrive. When a customer calls, the contact card opens automatically with call history, tickets and active deals. If your system isn't on the list, custom integrations can be built using webhooks and open APIs.
Microsoft Teams Phone is Microsoft's native telephony service, which provides basic calling features in Teams. Dstny's Teams integration adds full PBX functionality directly inside the Teams interface — IVR, hunt groups, menu options, attendant view and call recording. The solution is operator-independent (works with Telia, Telenor, Tele2, Tre or Dstny as your carrier) and complements your existing Microsoft Business Voice licences.
Yes. Dstny's Teams integration requires a Microsoft Business Voice licence (or equivalent Teams Phone licence) for each user who will make calls through Teams. The licence is purchased directly from Microsoft and works alongside Dstny's PBX features. The solution runs on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, so employees get the same functionality across every device.
A standard integration via VoIPCube — for example with Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics 365 — typically takes 1–3 business days to set up. Custom integrations using webhooks or APIs take longer depending on complexity. Our project manager handles configuration, testing and user training so calls are logged against the right contacts and deals from day one.
No. Dstny's integrations are built to meet GDPR and European security requirements. All data traffic between the cloud PBX and your systems is encrypted, and customer data stays in your CRM — Dstny only stores call metadata (time, duration, direction) needed for logging. No contact details, call content or business data is used to train AI models or shared with third parties.
