Rapid technology development perpetrates all aspects of our day to day lives and one among them is telecom. Telecom has undergone a complete 360 transformation since cloud communication entered the market. The previously hard to handle and understand telephony systems were suddenly replaced by a user-friendly phenomenon over internet. This has not only resulted in a simplified solution but can vastly reduce running costs as well as maintenance since no on-premise systems are needed. They’re also automatically up to date and scalable to your needs. The world has however been slow to adapt, but the more it does, the more it marks a big turning peak for how communication ultimately will be delivered in the future.

The history

Our wholesale concept was ultimately founded in order to help push the market to grow with and within the development. We inherently recognise the opportunities and obstacles that may be encountered as pioneers in introducing cloud communication in Sweden. This experience has led us to understand that the journey can be done, and with the right guidance from our extensive experience, we can help partners and resellers excel in the market. We currently have 15 wholesale partners that operate in 5 different countries. Together this constitutes over 165,000 users located in 30 different countries.

The wholesale journey began in 2008 with our first partner in Sweden and later came to include Denmark, Finland, and Norway. We continued to strengthen the Soluno brand both locally and internationally and in October 2018 we joined Dutch Callhosted and shortly thereafter we entered the German market with HFO telecom. After these successful first milestones we launched in UK together with Trust and Marley Comms. All of these successful collaborations have allowed us to combine and complete our services coupled with our partners local reach and experience.We believe it’s essential to collaborate with companies that offer innovative services and experience that complement our sustainable Mitel infrastructure. Together, we can differentiate products and increase marginal sales.

Our strategy

In addition, our 6-month fast time to market program guarantees a controlled and effective roll-out with guidelines in everything from support, pricing, packaging, contract sales, strategies, branding etc.

Our cloud communication solution is one of the leading in the UCaaS market topped off with a range of add-on services, both produced by our RnD department as well as third-party collaborators. We continuously strive to be on the forefront with integrations and today include popular applications and platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Hubspot, Freshdesk and Zendesk. Integrations is a buzzing trend and will ultimately be the competitive factor of cloud communication suppliers. In addition, we tailor integrations for specific needs and market standards in order to always live by our concept Open MIND:ERS.
