Yes, as long as one party to the call (e.g. you as a user) agrees to the call being recorded.
We recommend to inform about recording before the call starts. This can be set up in our switchboard.Yes, you can set up that only certain calls (e.g. specific answer group or selected numbers) are documented, as well as block certain numbers from being transcribed.
