People working abroad can retain their local mobile and fixed number and it is always possible to see availability regardless of where in the world you are located. Besides the referral system, you can choose functions such as chat and group chat, free SMS to all colleagues’ mobiles and free internal calls.

Have the country’s local carrier connect your employees to Dstny and we will ensure that they receive the same freedom of choice as the Swedish employees and make them fully integrated in the solution. They retain their fixed and mobile numbers and obtain access to the telephony solution’s services. We are happy to help in securing new numbers abroad if you don’t already own any foreign numbers. Remember that so-called MEX subscriptions are not available outside of Sweden, Finland and Denmark.

There is also a difference in how local numbers can be obtained in different countries. In some countries you can get a general country code and in some you can even get a local number for the particular city/area in which you operate.

Yes, there are countries that require a local presence for companies to get a national number there. What is most often required is a national organization number.

You may get a better price if you buy more numbers. Individual numbers usually have a certain price and a number series has a certain price. A series will usually be cheaper per number than if you buy numbers one by one.

A person is more likely to answer if the calling number is national, we are often more suspicious when foreign numbers call. Therefore, calling countries with numbers that have their national prefix may be useful. You can choose which number you want to show when dialing from the switch, this will be selected in the app or in your softphone.

You can tag a number to a specific person or group depending on the country’s prefix. This way, you can make sure that phone numbers coming from a specific country cis directed to a person or group that, for example, is included in specific cases or knows the language.
